Getting a jump start on healthy living with Reebok today.
Today is my third and final installment of my series with Reebok. You can read my first post here and my second one here. I wanted to share 2 healthy living goals I have for 2017. I think it’s good to set small and practical goals to achieve easy victories which can encourage you to set bigger goals for bigger victories. I’m all about small steps!
Drink More Water
I used to NEVER ever drink sodas or sugary beverages but in the last 6 months I crave sugary drinks with my meals. It’s such a bad habit and I can tell it has affected my digestive system and my skin. Something about an ice-cold cola is so refreshing! I want to go back to exclusively drinking water only but I know I won’t be able to cut out soda entirely so my goal is to drink more water and only sip on my husbands soda.
Be More Active
Ever since Rylie started preschool, I noticed that I’ve become lazy around the house. I love lounging around while watching reality tv or catching up on netflix. I don’t think I can commit to a fitness class but I definitely want to get my body moving. My goal is to daily walk around our neighborhood with my mom. If you didn’t know, my mom lives down the street from us and I think this will be a great time for us to catch up on our days and just spend time together as mother and daughter.
There you go. Two simple goals for the new year! Of course I can’t forget to mention that I’ll be wearing my Reebok kicks and gear because they are my absolute favorite! They have the most comfortable leggings that are movable and breathable making them great to workout in. I love all of their track jackets because they’re lightweight and so easy to throw on over anything. I especially appreciate the little thumb holes to keep sleeves in place. And lastly, if you’ve ever wore a pair of Reebok sneakers, you know it’s like putting on fuzzy slippers!
