Sheraton Waikiki, Hawaii
Sheraton Waikiki is such a beautiful ocean front hotel.
Read on to find out about our recent stay during our baby moon.
The Hotel & Our Stay
Sheraton Waikiki is a beautiful hotel located at the center of Waikiki. They have over 1600 guest rooms and because of the way the hotel is shaped, almost every room on the ocean side has a breathtaking view of the ocean and diamond head. When I stepped outside on the balcony I literally felt like I was on top of the ocean water. It was a beautiful experience and view. Our room was comfortable and charming and I loved the welcoming robes and room slippers.
Sheraton Waikiki is known for their beautiful infinity pool– if you haven’t experienced it, you must! It is especially gorgeous during sunset. It is an Adult Only pool which is nice so you can get away from the kids for a bit. My husband was nice enough to watch Rylie and let me go alone for some ‘me time’. The view is unreal and no image can do the real thing justice.
For The Kids
Over on the other side of the hotel there is a kid-friendly pool that Rylie was loving. There are cabanas along the ocean side that you can rent for the day to get a nice ocean view or you can sit at any of the open seating around the large pool area. We had so much fun at this family-friendly pool. Both Rylie and my husband loved the slides and I absolutely enjoyed the truffled tater tots along with my pina colada pineapple drink! These two items are a definite must order if you’re pool side.
One activity we regretfully missed out on was the complimentary ukulele lessons they have in the little ukulele shop inside the hotel. They have daily lessons for beginner kids and adults– we will definitely be doing this next time. If you’re in need of toiletries, head over to the gift amenity shop to pick up anything you may have forgotten or any hawaiian souvenirs / treats you want to take home.
If you’re planning a trip to Oahu, make sure to check out Sheraton Waikiki for your vacation.
simplyxclassic was a welcomed guest at Sheraton Waikiki. As always, my opinions are my own.
