The Cheesecake Factory: New Fall Menu Items
The Cheesecake Factory came out with new dishes for their fall menu. My husband and I tried a few of them and they are YUMMY!

I got a glimpse of the kitchen where all the magic happens and I even got to sample their delicious buttery MADE FROM SCRATCH mashed potatoes. Seeing the kitchen and food prep area gives me confidence that every dish made is entirely fresh and made with the best ingredients. All of their vegetables are brought in fresh and cut and chopped by hand in the restaurant. The Cheesecake Factory cooks start prepping everyday at 6am daily– gotta get an early start to make 250 items from scratch. Every dish you order is made from the ground up with love from the passionate cooks and chefs– nothing is processed, nothing comes frozen.
What We Ate
A few of the new items we tried were the CRISPY BRUSSELS SPROUTS, SPICY CAESAR SALAD, TUNA POKE and the CHIPOTLE GRILLED SHRIMP SALAD. I was in food heaven b/c everything was so delicious. My husband loved his tuna poke and I really enjoyed the spicy caesar salad. We also sampled a few of their new non-alcoholic drinks like the ORANGE COCONUT CREAM SODA and TROPICAL GINGER COOLER. If you like coconut, I definitely recommend the orange coconut cream soda.
