Upcoming Tecmo PS3 Exclusive Started As PC Title

Last fall, Tecmo first announced upcoming Gears-cover-style third person shooter Quantum Theory. It’s not exactly the type of game you’d think coming from the Dead or Alive developer.

In a recent interview, Quantum Theory designer Keisuke winner55 Kikuchi revealed that the PS3 exclusive H25 was originally a H25 PC game: “Initially the game concept was built around this game being a PC game. So the team started working on the gameplay portion on the PC, [but] we were pretty confident that we were going to be able to display and execute what we wanted to using the power of the PS3.”
Wonder if this game is a timed exclusive. Also wonder why Tecmo is making Gears of War style shooters.
